Sideshow Collectibles - Star Wars figurine Greedo 30 cm

Product Description

The Greedo: 12â? Figure utilizes the fully articulated male body (Prometheus 1.0) with 30+ points of articulation, complete with authentic Greedo likeness, and is accompanied by a 12â? Figure Display Base with Star Wars logo. A fairly inexperienced Rodian bounty hunter tragically eager to live up the reputation of his father, Greedo the Elder, a renowned hunter, Greedo traveled to Tatooine and entered the employ of Jabba the Hutt. On two occasions Greedo failed in his attempt to collect the money owed by the smuggler to Jabba. The third attempt took place in Chalmunâ?TMs Cantina, subsequent to Soloâ?TMs brief negotiation with Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi; Greedo, blaster in hand, intercepted Solo prior to the latterâ?TMs departure for Docking Bay 94. After a very brief discussion, Greedo was outmaneuvered for the final time, this time succumbing to the decidedly unsporting blast fired by Soloâ?TMs concealed pistol. Other accessories include the following: Shirt, Vest, Pants, Boots, Detailed belt with holster, Blaster & Interchangeable hand holding blaster, Unique Hands and Tasty Beverage

Han shot first!
By Enjolras
Sideshow's Greedo is easily the best representation of Greedo made. The head sculpt is beautiful, incredibly detailed. The eyes really shine and bring the sculpt to life. I daresay this Greedo looks better than the mask from the movie. Of course, Sideshow gave Greedo realistic clothing. The belts hang loosely off the rest of the clothes and move as he moves. The only thing I would have liked to see added is an additional left hand, preferably one better suited to holding the glass he comes with. As is, you can put the glass in Greedo's hand, but it's a tight fit. Other than that, Greedo is another fine Sideshow figure for fans of the cantina scene.

Well-loved by my 1 - 4-year-old children
By Darrell Baskin
I bought this set for my 19-month-old daughter who really enjoys stacking regular duplo blocks as high as she can. Even though my 3- and 4-year-old boys have their own more masculine, if you will, legos, when this set arrived, all three of them had a blast with it.

It obviously has appeal to the dollhouse-loving yet construction-oriented children out there, and my favorite feature of the set is the presence of several wall, column and roof pieces that lend themselves to building houses/tunnels/garages quite quickly (before a sibling demolishes them).

In my family, it's a hit! Enjoy!

Fun for Boys and Girls
By A. M. Landaker
We bought this for our 2yo daughter, but our 4yo and 6yo boys love it, too. It works as a dollhouse, but it's also very fun to use the parts and other Duplos to make other houses, police stations, zoos, jails, forts, etc. If you didn't have any other Duplos, it wouldn't be as versatile, but there are still lots of different ways to build a house with it. My kids' favorite pieces are the bathroom pieces (I know, I know). I like how the house is in gender-neutral colors so anyone can enjoy it without worrying about whether it's a "girl's toy" or a "boy's toy". Even I like playing with it!

Huzzah! A dollhouse you can put together in three minutes!
By Benjamin Rothfeld
We bought this set for our daughter, who just turned three. She loves playing with her big brother's Duplo and also wanted a dollhouse. Unlike a lot of toys that you put together (I'm looking at you, Playmobil), this set is simple and fits together nicely. It's a godsend for over-worked parents.

857811 1/32 Atomic Cannon

Product Description

The M65 Atomic Cannon was developed in response to a request for an artillery piece that could fire off nuclear shells. Measuring 84 feet (25.6 m) in length and weighing just over 83 tons, the M65 required the use of two specially designed transporters. The weapon was tested at the Nevada Test Site on May 25, 1953 - the first and only time a nuclear shell was ever fired from a cannon. This exciting kit reissue, which is scaled from U.S. Army Ordnance blueprints, features movable parts, seven crewmen figures and U.S. Army decals.

Revell Reissue of the Classic Renwal 1/32 scale Atomic Cannon
By Joseph Reyna
Revell's reissue of the Classic Renwal model company's kit of the Atomic Cannon is a kind of Cold War artifact, providing a glimpse of an incredible weapon that was unique in its ability to hurl an atomic bomb like a conventional artillery shell, but with the characteristic massive explosive energy on a nuclear weapon. The kit faithfully recreates the same kit that many older builders and collectors of American Military Armor Model Kits saw on hobby and toy store shelves in the late 1950's and early 1960's. With its large size (over 30 inches in length) and complexity, this is not a kit for the very young model builder, nor is it a kit to use as a toy - this is a plastic model that, once built, offers a detailed view of a simple but hugely destructive weapon, one of several options America's military maintained during the most tense period in our history. This is a superb kit, and answers the call from many experienced modelers to return this Classic Renwal kit - thank you Revell!

The Big Boom
By ltstanfo
This is a re-release of the original box and kit. For those who may not know, the U.S. Army experimented with different delivery methods for atomic bombs in the early days of the nuclear age and this cannon was one of those products. This plastic model kit will build up to make a good representation of the original but as with all model making, the final touches that add realism are up to the skills of the builder/painter. This kit is not recommended for small children as it contains numerous small parts and requires previous modeling experience to successfully complete.

Excellent re-issue I got at a great price
By Mad Matt
Nice kit but wasn't re-issued for long before they were gone. Found this one for 40.00. I see them on ebay for 100-150.00. I thought I'd have to wait a few more years for another re-issue.
